UK Inland Dispatch:
Standard and bespoke custom manufactured individual items are sent out using a trackable service and are charged at £7.70 inc VAT each single item. For each additional item please add £2.58 inc VAT each item. For bulk commercial, business to business deliveries please contact us prior to placing an order. For high value and retro items that may require additional insurance please contact us prior to placing an order.
Items are sent out using a trackable service and are charged at the rate relating to destination per each single item. For additional items there is an additional charge each item. All items and delivery are subject to VAT and are charged as such. We will only refund VAT to a purchaser from another non UK, European country on presentation and confirmation of a legitimate registered European VAT number. We will arrange a refund only when we have all the relevant details and they are confirmed legitimate and complete. It is likely that items delivered by courier to international locations and addresses will have duties or charges applied by the country you live in which will be required to be paid in full prior to delivery, these are strictly your responsibility. Should you refuse a delivery due to these duties and your goods are returned to us, we will not be liable and will not refund any shipping, delivery or duty that has been charged to you.

We reserve the right to refuse dispatch to locations that are not confirmed as a bona fide addresses for security reasons or any reason deemed valid at our discretion. In addition we reserve the right not to ship to any overseas location. If your item is refused by you, we will not be liable and will not refund any shipping, delivery or duty that has been charged to you.
IMPORTANT: Dispatch is via courier delivery only direct to you. Payments for your order are only accepted electronically by transfer through internet banking, Bacs transfer or you can also pay us via Paypal, but this will incur an additional fee.
Please note, bespoke, special project, media project, custom made and personalised items are custom made specially for you, so once you have commissioned them and they have been manufactured we are unable to amend your order. Please note that bespoke, special project, media project custom made and personalised items are not eligible for return. For all enquiries please contact us via email: firstname.lastname@example.org Orders dispatched by our carriers will require a signature upon receipt. It is your responsibility to check the consignment and to advise us immediately of any damage or missing goods. Any damage to the consignment must be noted with the carrier and will be subject to investigation.
For stock or blank items only for delivery within the UK only , orders placed before 1600 Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are generally aimed to be dispatched within 48-72 hours working days for items that are in stock, although due to seasonal demand, weekends and public holidays this can sometimes differ and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Orders for stock or blank items only within the UK placed after 1600 are generally actioned the following day and again generally dispatched within 48-72 hours. Orders dispatched on Fridays will arrive on the following week, unless a Saturday or rush delivery charge has been paid. This does not apply to bespoke manufactured, special, media project or personalised items or any overseas EU or International location and delivery for custom and bespoke items is strictly subject to when items are ready to dispatch from ordering dates once the project is live and orders are accepted to the end of manufacture and production processes at which time they will be dispatched. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or when goods are in transit. For Internet orders, an e-mail is normally sent to advise a date of despatch. We cannot follow up non-delivery of orders until at least one day has lapsed from the date this e-mail is sent. When placing an order by credit/debit card goods will only be dispatched to the cardholder at the address where the credit/debit card is registered. With some credit/debit card issuers, it can be possible to phone the issuing bank to add a secondary address.
